There are 3 grades of materials are used for the manufacturing of Spinner HDPE Pipes i.e PE 63, PE 80 and PE 100 grade. Spinner’s high quality raw material is the key to the strength of pipes and fittings. The wall thicknesses of Pipes are different for the above grades of materials in same pressure.

Other than fresh water MDPE can carry wastewater, slurries, chemicals, hazardous wastes, cables and compressed gases as well as oils. These pipes have a long and successful service experience to the gas oil, mining and water utility industries.

MDPE is typically used in gas pipes and fittings, sacks, shrink film, packaging film, carrier bags, and screw closures. MDPE can be produced by chromium/silica catalysts, Ziegler-Natta catalysts or metallocene catalysts.
